Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: December 1, 2023
- Estimates and Quotes:
- All estimates/quotes are based on our understanding of your requirements and the given time-frame.
- Any changes to the functionality, including micro-improvements, may incur additional costs accordingly. However, for projects initiated in 2024, a simplified pricing structure is in place, irrespective of specific website requirements.
- Acceptance of Quote:
- Acceptance can be verbal, via email, payment of initiation, or signing a quote.
- By accepting a quote, you agree to and accept the terms and conditions of Nerocat Information Technology Services.
- Client Responsibilities:
- Clients must ensure that all requirements are included in the quotes/proposals/estimates.
- Clear guidelines and specific details must be provided; otherwise, we proceed based on our understanding, and any discrepancies may lead to additional costs.
- Communication and Disclosure:
- Any complexity related to specific tasks must be advised in advance and included in the proposal for costing purposes.
- Clients are responsible for disclosing the full picture at the time of quotation to avoid additional costs.
- Timeframes and Delays:
- Reasonable delays are accepted if functionalities are redefined or modified.
- Delays at the client’s end may incur additional costs.
- Bugs/errors reported during or after development do not attract additional charges.
- Additional Charges:
- Re-work on completed tasks, design changes after approval, and modifications during or after Go-Live will incur additional charges.
- All additional work beyond estimates is charged separately.
- Material Submission and Testing:
- Logo, proprietary images, videos, and related materials must be provided within the first week of the project.
- Responsive/multi-device compatible pages are tested on iPhone and Tablet.
- If hosted elsewhere, additional man-hours for server or network-related issues are not covered and may be charged separately.
- Domain and Hosting:
- Nerocat purchase the domain name via Hostinger, where websites are hosted on Cloud Servers.
- Premium Plugins:
- Premium plugins used for website development are licensed under Nerocat and incurred no additional charge to the client as part of our promotions.
- Landing Pages:
- The client can request up to 5 landing pages with 2-5 funnel steps.
- We build landing pages using a premium paid WP Funnels plugin.
- Project Hold and Unforeseen Circumstances:
- To put the project on hold without additional charges, the account must be up-to-date based on the work done.
- Unforeseen circumstances may cause genuine delays, and the client agrees not to penalize Nerocat within a reasonable period.
- License and Intellectual Property:
- Upon full payment, Nerocat grants an unconditional license to reproduce, publish, communicate, use, exploit, vary, or deal with graphics, texts, and images used in the published website.
- Excludes intellectual property related to website production, plugins, themes, database structures, scripts, forms, or functionalities.
- Annual Maintenance:
- 1 year after the website development, the client is required to pay $650 for annual maintenance.
- This amount covers domain and web hosting renewals, plugins renewal cost, and 1 year basic support.
- If the client doesn’t want to continue with our service, they shall send a request to us in writing.
- The client may transfer their domain and hosting at their own risk and cost, and plugins licensed under Nerocat shall be removed.
